Corporate governance codes
As a UK and Hong Kong listed company, 蘑菇传媒 is required to comply with the listing rules and corporate governance codes in both these markets.

蘑菇传媒 also has a listing, through an American Depository Receipt (ADR) programme, on the New York Stock Exchange.
