Career Readiness Operations develops strategic initiatives associated with the Universities at Shady Grove (USG) and its operations. Programming includes USG's Career Readiness Initiative, Hire U. The mission of our campus-wide Career Readiness Operations team is to ensure that all students attending the Universities at Shady Grove, regardless of starting point, can graduate career-ready.
