Current staff, faculty, and students may request space for breakout sessions, meetings, information sessions, and other academic activities through the online scheduling system, EMS Web App. All users must request account creation and login using their USG Login Credentials.
Classrooms
A variety of traditional and technology classrooms are available across campus to meet a diverse range of instructional needs. Classrooms may be reserved for exams, make-up sessions, and other academic events.
Group Study Rooms
Breakout rooms are available for students to reserve for individual and group work.
Conference Rooms
Faculty and staff can reserve conference rooms can reserve of different-size spaces with top-of-the-line technology.
